The stitching and the buckles on this vest are very well made. The vest all together is what it advertises. It has the pockets to add plates and plenty of loops for your add ons. I’m a big guy at 6’ 350lbs so it’s a little small for me and doesn’t fully cover my vital organs but i’m sure it’ll cover a smaller adult.
